Well presented two bedroom chalet set on a quiet site in a cliff top location, within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and on the coastal footpath.

Riviera Park (Sandown Bay Holiday Centre) is a quiet site with no facilities apart from a launderette.

The views from the top of the site are spectacular in both directions with the views up to Culver Down and its monument in one direction and Sandown Bay in the other.

It is just a short walk through the gate at the top of the site (please take care with children) on to the cliff path and to Yaverland beach (a Blue Flag beach) with its beautiful sand, cafe and toilets.

You can then carry on a bit further to Sandown Bay, Sandown Zoo, the Dinosaur Museum etc. all less than twenty minutes walk.

The chalet sleeps up to four people and comprises the following:

• LOUNGE with large sofa, dining table with four chairs, flatscreen TV/DVD player with freeview, cupboard with board games, books, DVDs etc. and a coffee table.

• KITCHEN with four ring hob, fridge, microwave, table top oven and grill, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all utensils etc. for four people.

• BATHROOM with toilet, wash basin and full size bath with electric shower over.

• BEDROOM ONE with double bed, hanging rail and two bedside cabinets.

• BEDROOM TWO with full size bunk beds and a tall chest of drawers.

The chalet also contains two heaters, a shoe cupboard, coat rack and full length mirror, an iron and ironing board and a hoover.

There is a rotary washing line behind the chalet.

• OUTSIDE there is a patio table and seating for four, with a large grassy area for children to play.

Parking is behind the chalet.

All linen and towels are provided for your visit.

Electric is payable by a £1 coin meter in the kitchen cupboard.
